 Rena, Front Desk Coordinator, first joined us in 1998 and has worked at the front desk and as our treatment coordinator. She moved to Northern California for a few years and rejoined our team in September 2009. We are happy to have Rena's cheerful and outgoing personality to greet our patients at the front desk and assist them with making appointments. It is her goal to help every patient have a great experience in our office. Rena's pride and joy is her son, Christopher who recently joined the U..S. Army. Rena also has a dog, Maximus Magoo who keeps her busy. Among her favorite pastimes are hiking, shopping, walking her dog, reading, cooking, spending time with friends.

 Pam, Clinical Coordinator, has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 1976 and has worked with Dr. Brown since January 1995 as an orthodontic assistant. Pam is an outstanding chair-side assistant who enjoys helping Dr. Brown create beautiful smiles for children and adults. Being mom to two daughters, Amanda and Rachel is the joy of Pam's life. During her free time, Pam enjoys sewing, quilting, friends and being a mom.

 Ronda, Financial Coordinator, began working for Dr. Brown in May of 2001 following the completion of her dental assisting program at Chaffey College and becoming a Registered Dental Assistant. Using her natural ability, outgoing personality and her ambition to master new skills, Ronda has become an expert at taking orthodontic records, filing insurance, assisting at the front desk and most recently, our Financial Coordinator. She has a bubbly personality and the ability to relate to patients of all ages. Ronda has a son, Vincent who is her pride and joy and most definitely keeps her on her toes. In addition to trying to make time for scrapbooking, Ronda loves to cheer on her Dodgers, enjoys listening to all types of music, going on trips to Las Vegas and watching the latest chick-flick, but most of all, Ronda loves being a mommy.

 Renee, Patient Relations Coordinator, is the talent behind our creative patient contests, boards and other activities in the office and community. Renee has worked in the field of orthodontics since 1993 when she began working part-time for Dr. Brown during high school. Since that time, Renee has expanded her expertise to include many areas of our office. Married to her high school sweetheart, Buddy, they have four wonderful children who keep Renee busy with school and church activities and being chaufuer to her children and their friends. Renee enjoys scrapbooking, home decorating, and crafting.

 Barbara, Orthodontic Assistant, has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 1985 and has worked in the denta specialty of orthodontics for many years. After joining our team in January 2006 Barbara quickly became an asset to our clinical team with her years of knowledge, experience and her friendly personality. Barbara is married and is a mother to three grown children and she has four grandchildren. In additon to her love of being a grandma, Barbara enjoys walking, scrapbooking, reading, and baking.

 Sharon, Practice Administrator, has been working with Dr. Brown since February 1992. Prior to joining the practice, her background was in bank data processing and finance. Sharon has worn many "hats" in our office. She has worked in all of the front office positions. Her focus now is administrative and financial aspects of the practice. Sharon has three children and seven grandchildren. Her youngest son and his wife are currently serving our country in the U.S. Army. Sharon enjoys quilting, reading, travel, family history, gardening and most of all spending time with family.

 Patty, Orthodontic Assistant, is a registered dental assistant with several years of experience in the dental specialty of orthodontics. Patty joined our team in August 2007 and has worked both in the front office and in the clinical area of the practice. In addition to assisting Dr. Brown chairside with patients, Patty works in our lab to fabricate and adjust orthodontic appliances. Patty is married and has three children. She enjoys working out, playing soccer, spending time with her family, cooking, and gardening.

 Denice, Lab/Sterilization Assistant was added to our team in September 2005 to support our clinical staff by preparing patient trays, stocking supplies and keeping our lab in regulatory compliance. Denice has a perfect attendance record having never missed a day of work. She has been married to Craig for over thirty years and together they have three children and three grandchildren. Denice is an avid fan of baseball and football, and also enjoys spending time in Las Vegas, watching movies, playing bingo and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.

 Cyndy, Treatment Coordinator, joined our team in 2010. Her outgoing personality, and enthusiasm for creating beautiful smiles has made Cyndy an instant hit with patients. Cyndy has 10 years of clinical orthodontic experience which gives her an excellent background to help patients understand the process of their orthodontic treatment. Cyndy is married with three children (Cydney, Drew and Todd) who attend Claremont schools and she also has two dogs (Sawyer and Scout). In addition to spending time with her family Cyndy enjoys traveling, shopping and sports (her favorite teams are the Dodgers, Lakers and Green Bay Packers). When she is not participating in sports she is talking about sports!
