Why Patients Choose Us for Braces

As a team of professionals, we strive to provide the highest quality orthodontic treatment and to give personal attention to each patients. Dr. Brown personally attends to each patient for every regular appointment. His treatment plans are based on what is best for the patient, and he treats each patient as he would his own family. Being honest and ethical are not words we use lightly, but rather a standard we hold ourselves to daily. 

Dr. Brown implements the latest technology and treatment methods. We are totally dedicated to improving the quality of life of our patients by giving them a healthy and straight smile. A beautful smile greatly increases self confidence. We understand the value of your time and that is why our patients are seated within five minutes their appointment time with very few exceptions.

We are known for being the "FUN----Office" because of great  contests, soft serve after every visit, XBox 360 games and much more. Patient enjoy coming to our office.  We have a friendly and caring attitude toward our patients. We LOVE what we do and it shows!. Our team has created systems that keep our practice efficent and a fun environment our patients enjoy visiting.

Office Hours

We see patients during the following hours:

Monday - Friday 7:30a.m.Thursday 5:00p.m.

Lunch 1:00p.m.-2:30p.m.

Our office is closed on weekends and major holidays as well as at times when the doctor and staff are attending continuing education programs.

We have an emergency line just in case you have an orthodontic emergency when we are out of the office We consider an emergency to be; injury to the mouth, severe pain or discomfort or a situation which cannot wait until we return to the office.

Appointments 

We have structured our office hours to meet the needs of our patients. We have early morning appointments for before school or work and also lunch time appointments. We make an effort to preventing our patients from missing school, however, longer appointments (i.e. putting braces on, detailed adjuments and removal of braces and missed appointments) are scheduled during non-peak hours to allow Dr. Brown adequate time to perform your treatment in an expert manner.

Your scheduled appointment times are reserved specifically for your treatment. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforseen events sometimes require re-scheduling an appointment. We also understand that you do not want to delay treatment time, so we do make every effort to give you an appointment as soon as possible. Please be aware that if you miss or reschedule a prime-time appointment (early morning and mid-late afternoon) you will likely be scheduled during non-peak hours for that appointment. Most patients are scheduled several weeks in advance and the prime-time appointments do fill up quickly.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We will help you to determine the coverage you have available. We ask that you assign insurance benefits to us to allow  directly from the insurance company. The balance will be arranged for you to pay.

Professional care is provided to you, our patient, and not to an insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient and the patient is responsible to the doctor. We will assist you in very way possible to filing your claim and handle insurance questions from our office on your behalf. In the rare event that we are not able to begin receiving insurance payments within 45-day from the filing date, you will become responsible for the unpaid insurance balance. You will be responsible for notifying us if you have a change to your insurance benefits.

Financial Information

We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience. Our treatment fee includes your records, consultation, necessary appliances, office visits, one set of retainers and one-year of follow up visits.

We generally require a small down payments to get your treatment started. We then divide the remainder into interest-free monthly payments. We are happy to give a discount to patients who choose to pay for the entire treatment in advance. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We can also set up automatic monthly payments using your credit card or bank account.
